Ravenstruther and Cleghorn Community Hall is suitable for private functions, meetings, music, dances and seminars.
Ravenstruther is a small hamlet situated approximately 2 miles north east of Lanark and neighbours the small village of Cleghorn, situated approximately 0.5 miles west of Ravenstruther.
The committee of Ravenstruther and Cleghorn Community Hall depends mainly of the income from the hiring of the hall to meet the running and maintenance costs but because of the small local population it needs the support of the wider community. The purpose of this website, therefore, is to market the facilities the hall can offer.
The majority of the bookings are for private functions but the hall is also used for some public events. If you are thinking of booking the hall for a private event you may want to start by looking at the Hall Information page but if you are already familiar with the building you can go straight to the Bookings page where you will find the Terms and Conditions, Hire Charges and Booking Form.
If, on the other hand, you are interested in joining the regular events you will find all the information under that heading in the navigation menu.
If you prefer to contact someone or ask for further information just click on Contact Details and use the telephone number or send an e-mail. Either way, you will receive a welcoming and helpful response.
